Cost
Each job is quoted for on a job by job biases. However the cost of labour is biased of a general payment laid out below.
Day rate
A day is anything over 4 hours long
£250
Half Day rate
A half day is where the job will only take up to 4 hours.
£175
Only labour estimated as part of the planned schedule of works is charged at the standard rate. If work overruns the estimate due to unforeseen circumstances, it is charged at a reduced rate. These reduced rates are £200 per day or £150 per half-day.
Any work that takes longer than 14 days would require payment of labour in multiple payments. This would be spread out throughout the process of work.
